Buying Request

Buying Requests are purchase requests posted online by buyers. Buying Requests are an invitation from buyers to suppliers to send their quotes for manufacturing/supplying the buyer with the products they want.
If you are having difficulty finding the right products and suppliers, post a Buying Request on Itradesecurity.com.
Many of our suppliers display a lot of their products online; however they don't always display their entire product range.
Buying Requests allow you to tell suppliers exactly what you want to buy so only the right suppliers contact you.
In the Buying Requests, you can specify your preferred method of contact or hide your company details to prevent unwanted attention.

To post Buying Requests and hide your contact details, please take the following steps:

Visit the ITradeSecurity.com sign in page and log in using the username and password associated with your account. If you do not yet have an account, visit the ITradeSecurity sign-up page and follow the onscreen instructions to create one.

Click on the Post a New Buying Request.

Complete the simple form .

You can also attach the sample images by clicking the "Select Picture" Button. Click the “Get Quotes Now” button when you are finished to complete the process.

Now you have to wait until your buy request is check against the ITradeSecurity buying request standards. As soon your request goes live iTradeSecurity change the status to live. You can find the status of the your request in the Posted buy request section. In this section "Quotes" represent the number of quotation you have received on this request.

When the buy request goes live it "Status" change to "Live". In this section "Quotes" represent the number of quotation you have received on this request. Click on your buying request.

You will find number quotation from various supplier around the world on your buying request. Every quotation have unique number on its top called "Quote#: " which represents the identity of quote. If you are happy with quote click on the "Send Message".

This will create the new message with supplier and subject pre-populated according to the quote you have selected. Please add your message for the supplier. When supplier quote on your request they are legally bounded to give you same rate* / Production time* until the quotation is expired.
